BS-Economics Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in BS Economics:

Intermediate with at least 45% Marks or A-Levels (22 Points) with Equivalency Certificate from IBCC Islamabad or an equivalent certificate from a recognized institution are eligible to apply. Candidates are required to pass entry test conducted by the University.

Note:   Minimum CGPA for award of degree is 2.00 on a scale of 4.00

MPhil-Eco Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A/ M.Sc (16 years education) or BS-Economics (4 years) in relevant field with a minimum CGPA 2.00 on the scale of 4.00 or minimum 60% marks obtained in the last exam passed.
  • Applicants need to pass GAT-General (NTS) test and interview to be conducted by the University.

Note:

  1. Minimum CGPA for award of degree is 2.5 on a scale of 4.00 in course work and satisfactory grade “S” in research work.
  2. The research Scholar must publish a research paper or produce an acceptance letter of such publication in HEC recognized national/international journal or conference.
